摘　　要：土地资源配置与企业全要素生产率关系密切。本文利用2003-2020年全国296个城市的土地出让数据和中国A股制造业上市公司数据,研究土地资源配置对企业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现:(1)土地资源配置效率与企业全要素生产率存在显著的正向依存关系,稳健性检验进一步验证了该结论;(2)土地资源配置对企业全要素生产率的影响存在明显的异质性特征,对中、西部地区企业和小企业的影响较大;(3)进一步分析发现:当市场化水平或企业研发创新强度更高时,土地资源配置效率提升会更强。基于此,要提升引进企业质量,重点引进“专、精、特、新”的高效率企业,提升土地利用效率;加快推进土地出让市场化进程;完善多方合作的城市土地管理机制。The allocation of land resources is closely related to the total factor productivity of enterprises. This paper uses the data of land transfer in 296 cities across the country from 2003 to 2020 and the data of listed companies in China’s A-share manufacturing industry to study the impact of land resource allocation on total factor productivity of enterprises. The research finds that:(1) there is a significant positive dependency between the efficiency of land resource allocation and the total factor productivity of enterprises, and the robustness test further verifies this conclusion;(2) The impact of land resource allocation on total factor productivity of enterprises has obvious heterogeneity characteristics, which has a greater impact on enterprises and small enterprises in the central and western regions;(3) Further analysis shows that when the level of marketization or the intensity of enterprise R&D innovation is higher, the efficiency of land resource allocation will be enhanced.Based on this, we should improve the quality of the imported enterprises, focus on the introduction of "specialized, refined, special and new" efficient enterprises, and improve the efficiency of land use;Accelerate the marketization process of land transfer;We will improve the urban land management mechanism of multi-party cooperation.
