摘　　要：Global trends towards miniaturization of devices and systems open up many new fields in nanomanufacturing.This encompasses the synthesis of nanomaterials[1],fabrication of devices[2],nanofeatures for various products and systems,process monitoring and quality control,simulations,characterization methods,and applications of nanoscience and nanotechnologies[3,4,5].All these promote the development of nanomanufacturing.
