摘 要:本文提出一种针对非平稳水声信号的改进WOA-VMD小波阈值去噪方法,首先,引入余弦收敛因子和自适应权值提升鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)的精度,然后利用WOA选取水声信号变分模态分解(VMD)的最佳参数组合。引入一种可调阈值函数克服传统阈值函数量化过程的缺陷,考虑到不同分解尺度下噪声小波系数的衰减特性,采用分层阈值法对有效信号分量进行去噪处理。通过仿真实验和实测数据的降噪分析,证明了该方法的有效性和应用价值,新方法的去噪性能优于其他方法。Underwater acoustic signal is inevitably disturbed by noise during transmission. It is of great significance to remove the secondary frequency component and improve the signal-to-noise ratio of target signal for underwater detection. An improved WOA-VMD and wavelet threshold denoising method for non-stationary underwater acoustic signal is proposed. Firstly, cosine convergence factor and adaptive weight are introduced to improve the accuracy of whale optimization algorithm(WOA). Then, the WOA is used to select the optimal parameter combination of the variational modal decomposition of underwater acoustic signal. An adjustable threshold function is introduced to overcome the defects of the quantization process of the traditional threshold function. Considering the attenuation characteristics of the noise wavelet coefficients at different decomposition scales, the layered threshold method is used to de-noise the effective signal components. Through simulation experiments and denoise analysis of mea-sured data, the effectiveness and application value of the method are proved, and it has better denoising effect compared with other methods.
