2018—2020年我院住院癌痛患者麻醉药品使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析广东省潮州市人民医院住院癌痛患者麻醉药品使用情况,促进癌痛患者麻醉药品的合理、规范应用。方法通过医院HIS信息系统,调取2018—2020年医院肿瘤科住院患者麻醉药品发药处方数据进行统计处理,利用药品消耗数量、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)、排序比(B/A)等量化数据评估药品使用情况。结果2018—2020年医院住院癌痛患者麻醉药品使用总量、使用总金额逐年减少,DDDs、DDC排序大体不变。其中,磷酸可待因片2020年消耗数量、使用金额相比2019年、2018年显著增加,DDDs排位略有提升。结论医院住院癌痛患者麻醉药品使用总体合理,但磷酸可待因片、芬太尼透皮贴剂的使用需进一步加强管理。Objective To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in cancer pain patients in Chaozhou People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province,and to promote the rational and standard use of narcotic drugs in cancer pain patients.Methods Through the HIS information system of the hospital,the prescription data of narcotic drugs for inpatients in the oncology department of the hospital from 2018 to 2020 were retrieved for statistical processing,and the drug use was evaluated using quantitative data such as drug consumption,amount of use,defined daily dose system(DDDs),daily drug cost(DDC)and ranking ratio(B/A).Results From 2018 to 2020,the total amount and total amount of narcotic drugs used by cancer pain patients in the hospital decreased year by year,while the order of DDDs and DDC remained unchanged.Among them,codeine phosphate tablets consumption in 2020,compared with 2019,2018 significantly increased,the amount of DDDs ranking slightly improved.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in cancer pain patients in the hospital is reasonable in general,but the administration of codeine phosphate tablets and fentanyl transdermal patch should be further strengthened.
