中医护理优化方案在心力衰竭患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理优化方案对心力衰竭的临床应用效果。方法:选择南京市中医院在2020年2月-2021年2月收治的心力衰竭患者102例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组依据心力衰竭护理常规进行护理,研究组在此基础上,根据科室心力衰竭中医护理优化方案进行护理,利用辨证施护方法配合中医护理技术改善患者的主要临床症状。比较两组的临床护理效果、日常生活自理能力评分情况及护理满意度情况。结果:两组患者临床护理效果评价中,对照组效果差于观察组。两组患者出院时及出院后1个月日常生活自理能力(Barthel指数)评分均有所提高,但观察组患者日常生活自理能力评分提高优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。两组护理满意度比较,观察组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。可见,中医护理优化方案的实施有助于改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活自理能力,增加患者对中医护理工作的满意度。结论:心力衰竭中医护理优化方案更符合临床护理需求,优化方案的临床实施提高了护理效果,发挥了中医护理的特色优势,形成了规范化的中医护理模式。中医护理专科技术的应用可有效改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,取得临床疗效,提高患者对中医护理的认可度。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing optimization on heart failure. Methods: A total of 102 patients with heart failure admitted to Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing of heart failure, while those in the observation group received optimized scheme of TCM nursing for heart failure, the main clinical symptoms of the patients were ameliorated by the method of nursing based on syndrome differentiation plus TCM nursing techniques. The clinical nursing effect, self-care ability of daily life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical nursing effect in the two groups was evaluated. The good effect rate in the control group was worse than the observation group. At discharge and one month after discharge, the Barthel index score of patients in the two groups was improved, but the improvement of the Barthel index score of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). It can be seen that the implementation of TCM nursing optimization program is helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with heart failure, improve patients’ self-care ability, and increase their satisfaction with TCM nursing work. Conclusion: The optimized scheme of TCM nursing for heart failure is more in line with the clinical nursing needs. The clinical implementation of the optimized scheme improves the nursing effect, gives full play to the characteristic advantages of TCM nursing, and forms a standardized TCM nursing model.
