益气活血化痰开窍法辅助治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者疗效、神经功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血化痰开窍法辅助治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效以及对患者神经功能的影响。方法:选取于2018年10月-2020年10月接收的急性缺血性脑卒中患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各80例,对照组接受常规护理治疗模式,试验组行益气活血化痰开窍法辅助治疗模式,对比两组治疗效果,治疗前后患者神经功能缺损评分,生活自理能力评分及中医证候评分。结果:治疗前,试验组与对照组患者神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分及肢体痉挛程度的差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组生活自理能力评分均明显增加,且试验组指标显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组神经功能缺损评分显著降低,且试验组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组中医证候评分显著降低,且试验组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血化痰开窍法应用于急性缺血性脑卒中辅助治疗可明显改善患者的神经功能,治疗效果显著,安全性好,多加推广应用有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生,建议临床进行推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of the supplementing Qi(气),activating blood circulation,removing phlegm and opening orifices method and its influence on neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 160 patients with acute ischemic stroke received from October 2018 to October 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table,with 80 patients in each group.The control group received the conventional nursing treatment mode,while the test group received the auxiliary treatment mode of supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation,removing phlegm and opening orifices.The treatment effects in the two groups were compared,including the scores of neurological impairment,self-care ability and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in terms of neurological function defect score,self-care ability score and limb spasticity(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of self-care ability in the test group was significantly increased,and the index in the test group was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score in the test group was significantly reduced,and the index in the test group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the test group were significantly reduced,and the indexes in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The auxiliary treatment of the supplementing Qi,activating blood circulation,removing phlegm and opening orifices method can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke,it has a significant therapeutic effect and good safety.More promotion and application will help to improve the therapeutic effect and
