摘　　要：郑氏“热补针法”属于甘肃郑氏针法学术流派的传统特色手法之一,是在传统“烧山火”手法基础上推陈出新所得,使具体操作简化而临床显效。目前对于郑氏“热补针法”的临床推广应用多面向五官科疾病、肩周炎、膝骨性关节炎等领域,且证型拘于“风寒”“寒湿”一类,现代医学对郑氏“热补针法”的各类研究亦多着眼于此。而理论方面,郑氏“热补针法”功善补虚、祛寒,因此,临床一切虚证、寒证均可适用,现有研究对其临床治疗范围、作用发生机制等方面的论述明显缺乏,导师赵耀东副教授师从郑老,有幸跟随导师学习研究郑氏针法期间收治大量腰椎间盘突出症(Lumbar Disc Herniation,LDH)患者,其中以“肝肾亏虚型”病例多见,临床实践中发现行“热补针法”治疗本病,患者的症状缓解明显,复发频率减低。文章对“热补针法”治疗肝肾亏虚型LDH的临床经验加以介绍总结,并梳理“热补针法”理论来源,及其治疗本病时所选经络、穴位规律的研究分析,以期初探其治疗机制,同时为临床治疗本病提供一定的思路。ZHENG’s “heat-replenishing acupuncture” is one of the traditional characteristic techniques of Gansu ZHENG’s school of needling, which is derived from the traditional “burning mountain fire” technique, so that the specific operation is simplified and clinically effective. At present, the clinical promotion and application of ZHENG’s “heat-replenishing acupuncture” are mainly oriented to the fields of facial diseases, periarthritis of shoulder, knee osteoarthritis and so on, and the syndrome type is restricted to “wind cold” and “cold dampness”. Modern medical studies on ZHENG’s “heat-replenishing acupuncture” also focus on this. Theoretically, ZHENG’s “heat-replenishing acupuncture” is good at reinforcing deficiency and dispelling cold, so it can be applied in treating all clinical deficiency and cold syndrome. The existing research on its clinical treatment scope and mechanism of action is obviously lacking. The tutor, Associate Professor ZHAO Yaodong, is a student of TCM Master ZHENG. During the study of ZHENG’s acupuncture technique, we treated a large number of patients with lumbar disc herniation, among which “liver and kidney deficiency type” was the most common case. In clinical practice, it is found that in “heat-replenishing acupuncture” treatment of this disease, the symptoms are relieved obviously and the recurrence frequency is reduced. This paper introduces and summarizes the clinical experience of “heat-replenishing acupuncture” in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver and kidney deficiency. By sorting out the theoretical origin of “heat-replenishing acupuncture”, and studying and analyzing the regularities of meridians and acupoints selected in the treatment of this disease, it hopes to explore its treatment mechanism and provide some ideas for clinical treatment of this disease.
