扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效及安全性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以中国知网、万方、维普、Cochrane Library、PubMed为数据源,检索从建库至2021年6月1日所有关于扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌随机对照试验文献。对纳入文献进行质量评价,提取临床有效率、胃肠道反应、白细胞计数减低、口腔炎等数据,采用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta数据分析。结果:共纳入10篇随机对照试验文献,患者共925例。Meta分析结果显示:扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌临床有效率明显优于单纯西药化疗,差异具有统计学意义;减少胃肠道反应效果明显,差异具有统计学意义;白细胞计数降低效果明显,差异具有统计学意义;减少口腔炎症发生效果明显,差异具有统计学意义(均有P<0.02)。结论:扶正抗癌方联合化疗治疗中晚期胃癌的临床疗效明显优于单纯的西药化疗,同时可以减轻消化道反应,减少白细胞计数及降低口腔炎症发生的概率。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety analysis of the Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction(护正抗癌方)plus chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Cochrane Library and PubMed were used as data sources to retrieve all RCT literature on the Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction plus chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer from the establishment of each database to June 1,2021.The quality of the included literature was evaluated,and the clinical response rate,gastrointestinal reaction,decreased white blood cell count,stomatitis and other data were extracted.Revman 5.3 software was used for meta-data analysis.The results showed that a total of 10 RCTS with 925 patients were included.The results of the meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of the Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction plus chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer was significantly better than that of Western medicine alone,and the difference was statistically significant.The effect of reducing gastrointestinal reactions was significant.The effect of alleviating the reduction of white blood cell count was significant.The effect of reducing oral inflammation was significant.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of the Fuzheng Kang’ai decoction plus chemotherapy is significantly better than that of Western chemotherapy alone in the treatment of middle and advanced gastric cancer,and it can also reduce the reaction of the digestive tract and decrease the chance of lowering the white blood cell count and the occurrence of oral inflammation.
