从化瘀止血法论治崩漏的研究述要

摘　　要：崩漏是妇科临床常见病、多发病,属疑难重症,严重威胁着妇女的身心健康,成为妇科工作者的研究重点。西医称之为“异常子宫出血”,是月经周期、经期、经量严重紊乱的月经病,其发病率为10%~12%,且随着年龄的增长发病率逐渐增高,35岁以上女性发病率高达25%,严重影响女性的健康及生活质量。西医认为本病的发病原因为生殖轴功能异常及子宫内膜发生病变。现代医学治疗方法以止血、促排卵及手术为主,其见效虽快却容易复发。西医药物治疗主要采用孕激素、复方短效口服避孕药、左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统等激素类药物,其目的主要为止血及调整月经周期,但激素类药物不良反应明显,且停药后易复发。中医认为本病的发生主要源于肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴调节失常,冲任受损,胞宫藏泄失度,经血非时而下,其病因主要责之于“虚”“热”“瘀”三方面,其以塞流、澄源、复旧为指导原则。近年来,中医药治疗崩漏的效果明显,在改善患者的临床症状、降低复发率、减少西药的不良反应等方面具有明显优势,为崩漏的临床诊治提供了诸多帮助。现从中医药活血化瘀法出发,对近年来中医药治疗崩漏的文献进行综述,以期为临床更加有效地治疗崩漏患者提供参考。Uterine bleeding is a common and frequently occurring disease in gynecology.It is a difficult and severe disease,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of women.It has become the research focus of gynecologists.It is also known as“abnormal uterine bleeding”in Western medicine,and is a menstrual disease with serious disorder of menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume.Its incidence is 10%-12%and gradually increases with the increase of age.The incidence of women over 35 years old is as high as 25%,which seriously affects women’s health and quality of life.Western medicine believes that the cause of this disease is abnormal reproductive axis function and endometrial lesions.Modern medical treatment mainly focuses on hemostasis,ovulation promotion and operation,which work quick,but the disease is easy to relapse.Western medicine mainly uses hormone drugs such as progesterone,compound short-acting oral contraceptives,and levogenorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system.The purpose is mainly to stop bleeding and adjust the menstrual cycle,but the adverse reactions of hormone drugs are obvious,and the disease is easy to relapse after drug withdrawal.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the occurrence of the disease is mainly caused by the kidney-Tiangui(天癸)-Chong and Ren(冲任)channel-uterus axis regulation disorder,when Chong and Ren channel is damaged,the secretion of the uterus is in disorder,and the menstrual blood is not in time.Its etiology is mainly due to the three aspects of“deficiency”,“heat”and“stasis”.The guiding principle is to block the bleeding,clear the source and restore the normal menstrution.In recent years,TCM has had an obvious effect in the treatment of uterine bleeding,which has obvious advantages in relieving the clinical symptoms of patients,reducing the recurrence rate and reducing adverse reactions of Western medicine,and provides a lot of help for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine bleeding.Now start with the meth
