摘　　要：中医中药治疗妇科疾病极具优势,月经过少是中医妇科临床中常见的月经不调类疾病。文章以月经过少为切入点,介绍谭万信教授中医诊疗的经验。谭万信教授认为月经过少可从脏腑辨治、气血津液辨治、周期调治以及辨病论治方面入手。月经过少在脏腑辨治中多责之于肾肝脾功能不调,同时伴有气血津液的代谢失常。脏腑辨病辨主体病位,气血津液辨兼夹病性,二者相辅相成,密切结合。“冲任不足、冲任阻滞”是月经过少的主体病机,治法上宜补肾益阴、健脾养血、疏肝养肝、调畅气血津液,用药上分别以归肾丸、四君子汤、四逆散为主方随证加减,调理气血自当分清病在“血分”“气分”的主次关系,辨明虚实而调治之,也需注意此中多虚实兼夹之候。同时本病临证需结合女性自身月经周期的气血阴阳特点,将周期调治贯彻始终并融会贯通,尤其需要重视月经过少在经后期的调理,以助阴精完实,气血充沛。临床还需与时俱进,承古法守正而启现代之新,结合病史及现代医学检查进行辨病论治,以期达到更好的临床疗效。Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Hypomenorrhea is a common disease in clinical gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper briefly introduces Professor TAN Wanxin’s experience in TCM diagnosis and treatment by taking hypomenorrhea as an entry point and hopes to inspire the fellow researchers.Professor TAN Wanxin believes that the treatment of hypomenorrhea can start from differentiation and treatment of Zang-fu(脏腑)organs,differentiation and treatment of Qi(气),blood and body fluid,cycle regulation and disease differentiation and treatment.In differentiation and treatment of Zang-fu organs,hypomenorrhea is caused by the dysfunction in liver,spleen and kidney,which is accompanied by metabolic disorders of Qi,blood and body fluid.Differentiation and treatment of Zang-fu organs can distinguish main disease location,and differentiation and treatment of Qi,blood and body fluid can distinguish the nature of different diseases,these two dialectical relations are mutually complementary and closely combined.“Deficiency of Chong(冲)channel and Ren(任)channel,Chong channel and Ren channel being blocked and stalled”is the main disease mechanism of hypomenorrhea,and it is appropriate to tonify kidney and Yin(阴),invigorate spleen and nourish blood,soothe and nourish the liver,and regulate Qi,blood and body fluid.As for the medication,Guishen Wan(归肾丸),the Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)and Sini San(四逆散)are used.In regulating Qi and blood,the primary and secondary relationship of the disease in“blood”and“Qi”should be distinguished,the deficiency and excess of Qi and blood should be identifid.At the same time,the clinical syndrome of this disease should be combined with the characteristics of Qi,blood,and Yin and Yang(阳)of women’s own menstrual cycle,and the cycle regulation and treatment should be carried out and integrated throughout,especially the adjustment of hypomenorrhea in the late menstrual period,so as to make sur
