新媒体环境下中医导引传播思路初探

摘　　要：中医导引学历史悠久,内容丰富,丰富了中医治病防病的主要内容。纵观中医导引学的发展历史,主要经历了积淀、形成、融合发展、缓慢发展至逐渐得到重视几个重要阶段;就中医导引学的文化底蕴而言,中医导引法作为非药物疗法的重要分支之一,其来源、产生与应用均是中国传统文化在中医药领域的具体体现;中医导引法以其独特的优势与特色,在临床科研与日常生活中逐渐得到重视,作为中医学的重要分支,在健康中国的战略背景之下,其传承与发展亦十分重要,尤其是新媒体的出现与繁荣,更是为中医导引学的传承与发展注入了时代因素与强大的生命力。新媒体时代背景下,中医导引法作为中医药的特色组成部分,许多相关研究表明中医导引学的发展仍存在诸多问题。寻找新媒体环境下中医导引学的传承与发展模式,将中医导引学与新媒体技术更好地融合,一方面发挥新媒体技术的时代优势,另一方面在新媒体环境背景之下,在发挥中医导引法特色与优势的同时赋予其时代内涵,尤为重要。因此,探究新媒体在中医导引学中发挥的作用与优势对中医导引学的传承与发展具有十分重要的价值与作用,本篇文章提出针对问题的解决办法,同时引发中医学者的思考。TCM Daoyin(导引)thought has a long history and rich content.The emergence of TCM Daoyin thought has enriched the main content of treatment and prevention of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Throughout the development history of TCM Daoyin thought,it has experienced several important stages of accumulation,formation,integrated development,gradually getting attention after slow development.In terms of the cultural heritage of TCM Daoyin thought,as one of the important branches of non-drug therapy,the source,generation and application of TCM Daoyin thought are the concrete embodiment of Chinese traditional culture in the field of TCM.With its unique advantages and characteristics,TCM Daoyin thought has been paid more and more attention in clinical research and daily life.As an important branch of TCM,under the strategic background of healthy China,its inheritance and development are also very important.Especially,the emergence and prosperity of new media have injected factors of The Times and strong vitality into the inheritance and development of TCM Daoyin thought.Under the background of new media era,TCM Daoyin thought is a characteristic part of TCM.Many related studies show that there are still many problems in the development of TCM Daoyin thought.Therefore,finding the inheritance and development mode of TCM Daoyin thought under the new media environment,and better integrating TCM Daoyin thought with new media technology is of vital significance.On the one hand,it is particularly important to give play to the advantages of new media technology,and on the other hand,under the background of new media environment,it is particularly important to give play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM Daoyin thought while endowing it with the connotation of The Times.Therefore,exploring the role and advantages of new media in TCM Daoyin thought is of great value and effect to the inheritance and development of TCM Daoyin thought.This article has triggered the thinking of TCM scholars by proposing solutions
