摘  要:厌氧/好氧(A/O)活性污泥法是应用最广泛的污水处理工艺之一,然而该工艺脱氮效率通常只有70%~80%,且需要较大的混合液回流比,导致其能耗偏高。该研究从活性污泥中筛选分离出多株好氧反硝化细菌并进行了优化组合,构建了高效好氧反硝化菌群,并应用于强化A/O反应器O池脱氮。结果表明,组合AD-1+AD-5+Z1脱氮效率最高,其最佳脱氮条件为30℃、pH 7~9、摇床转速150 r/min、C/N=10,在此条件下其对SNDM培养基中TN去除率达到98.38%。强化A/O工艺中混合液回流比从200%降低至50%,TN去除率仅略微降低2.5%,与传统A/O工艺相比,强化A/O主要脱氮途径由缺氧反硝化变为同步硝化反硝化。通过好氧反硝化菌群强化脱氮,A/O工艺可节省60%的回流能耗,对于降低该工艺的污水处理运行成本具有重要意义。Anaerobic/aerobic(A/O)activated sludge process is one of the most widely used sewage treatment processes,however its nitrogen removal efficiency is merely 70%~80%,and besides it needs large reflux ratio of mixed liquid causing high energy consumption.In this study,a number of strains of aerobic denitrifying bacteria were isolated from activated sludge,and were optimized to build up a high-efficiency aerobic denitrifying bacteria consortium,which was applied for enhancing of nitrogen removal efficiency of O tank in A/O reactor.Findings of the study indicated that the consortium AD-1+AD-5+Z1 had the best denitrification efficiency with a TN removal efficiency of 98.38%under the condition:incubation temperature of 30℃,value of pH 7-9,shaking speed of 150 r/min,and C/N of 10.In the case of the A/O process that had been enhanced,the reflux ratio of mixed liquid was reduced from 200%to 50%,and TN removal efficiency only slightly declined by2.5%;and unlike the traditional A/O process,the denitrification pathway of the enhanced A/O process changed from anoxic denitrification to simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.As a result of using aerobic denitrifying bacteria to enhance nitrogen removal,the reflux energy consumption of A/O process could be saved 60%,which consequently was of significance for reducing the operation cost of sewage treatment.
