摘  要:抗生素是一类典型的药物,采用传统的方法无法将其有效去除,具有较高的环境风险。而微藻已被证明具有去除抗生素的潜力。因此,抗生素与微藻方面的研究已经成为热点。文章首先综述了环境中常见抗生素种类及其理化性质,其次分析了抗生素对原核生物(蓝藻)和真核生物(绿藻)在生长过程中的影响及机理,并对抗生素对微藻的复合毒性进行了阐述,最后总结了微藻去除抗生素的主要机制(生物吸附、生物累积、生物降解、光降解、水解和挥发),对未来抗生素与微藻的相关研究方向进行了展望。Antibiotics are a kind of typical drugs,which can not be effectively removed by traditional methods,and have high environmental risk.Microalgae has been shown to have the potential to remove antibiotics.Therefore,the research on antibiotics and microalgae has become a hot spot.Firstly,the types and physicochemical properties of common antibiotics in the environment were reviewed.Then the effects and mechanism of antibiotics on prokaryotes(cyanobacteria)and eukaryotes(green algae)in the growth process were analyzed,and the compound toxicity of antibiotics to microalgae was described.Finally,the main mechanisms of antibiotic removal by microalgae(biosorption,bioaccumulation,biodegradation,photodegradation,hydrolysis and volatilization)were summarized,and the future research directions of antibiotics and microalgae are prospected.
