摘  要:香蕉梗纤维的提取及利用报道较少。本文通过NaOH/Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaOH/尿素、过碳酸钠/尿素三种脱胶方法,以不同的比例提取香蕉梗纤维并研究纤维性能特点及其纤维毡抗菌特性。结果表明:提取的香蕉梗纤维线密度范围为71.59 dtex-150.41 dtex、纤维平均长度为2.59±0.12 cm。扫描电镜和3D超景深显微镜结果显示,得到的纤维表面为沟壑状结构,随着脱胶体系浓度增加,纤维线密度呈减小趋势。FTIR和XRD结果显示,脱胶后香蕉纤维中半纤维素和木质素含量减少,纤维素含量增加。进一步通过湿法成网、加固等工艺,得到香蕉梗纤维非织造毡。抗菌测试结果表明:香蕉梗纤维非织造毡对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别为20.00%、57.52%。本实验为香蕉梗纤维提取及其在复合材料、装饰纺织品等领域应用奠定基础。同时,也可为其他生物质纤维提取和再生利用提供借鉴意义。There are few reports on the extraction and utilization of banana stem fiber.Herein,three degumming methods of NaOH/Na_(2)CO_(3),NaOH/urea and sodium percarbonate/urea were used to extract banana stem fiber in different proportions.Then,the fiber properties and antibacterial properties of fiber mat were studied.The results showed that the linear density of the extracted banana stem fiber ranged from 71.59 dtex to 150.41 dtex,and the average fiber length was 2.59±0.12 cm.The results of Scanning Electron Microscopy and 3D Depth-of-field microscopy showed that the fiber surface was a gully structure,and the linear density of the fiber decreased with the increase of the concentration of the degumming system.The results of FTIR and XRD showed that hemicellulose and lignin contents decreased and cellulose content increased after degumming.The banana stem fiber non-woven felt was obtained by wet netting and reinforcement.The results of antibacterial test showed that the antibacterial rates of banana stalk fiber nonwoven felt against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 20.00%and 57.52%,respectively.This study lays a foundation for banana stem fiber extraction and its application in composite materials,decorative textiles and other fields.Meanwhile,it provides reference for other biomass fiber extraction and relevant regeneration applications.
