超长大倾角巷道快速掘进技术与工艺实践

摘　　要：石泉煤业30109胶带顺槽超长大倾角巷道掘进施工时,存在施工进度慢、施工困难等问题,通过增加掘进机履带与巷道底板摩擦力,采用高强度锚杆牵引切割头助力,进行快速掘进工艺优化,针对性进行快速掘进技术与工艺实践研究。实践应用结果表明:巷道掘进平均速度提高到20 m/d,效果显著。There are some problems such as slow construction progress and difficulties in the construction of super-long and large inclination angle roadway with the 30109 tape trough in Shiquan Coal Industry.By increasing the friction between the roadheader crawler and the roadway floor and using the high-strength anchor traction cutting head to optimize the rapid tunneling technology,targeted to carry out fast driving technology and craft practice research.The result of practical application shows that the average speed of roadway driving is increased to 20 m/d,and the effect is remarkable.
