变径施工法在井筒冻结段施工中的应用

摘  要:针对赵固一矿西翼进风井井筒冻结段施工需要,提出了变径施工方案,预留特质钢筋,逐渐扩刷至变径后荒径,割除超出刃角孔的竖筋,铺设泡沫板、绑扎外层钢筋,拆除变径前模板,进行加块更换模板、组装下井刃角、绑扎内层钢筋、退模校正、浇筑混凝土,完成变径施工。该变径施工技术可为类似井筒施工提供参考。According to the construction needs of the freezing section of the air intake shaft in the west wing of Zhaogu No.1 Mine,the construction scheme of changing diameter is put forward,which reserves the special steel bar,gradually expands to the waste diameter after changing diameter,cuts off the vertical reinforcement beyond the edge corner hole,lays foam board,binds the outer steel bar,removes the formwork before changing diameter,adds the block to replace the formwork,assembles the cutting edge angle of the shaft,binds the inner steel bar,removes the formwork correction,pouring concrete,and completes the variable diameter construction.The variable diameter construction technology can provide reference for similar wellbore construction.
