巷道壁后注浆加固简易装置研究及应用

摘　　要：针对赵固二矿开拓巷道传统围岩注浆加固技术存在的不足之处,研究设计一种可反复使用的简易注浆封孔保压装置。此装置兼备注浆管及封孔功能,能够有效改进原有注浆工艺中的注浆管安装及封孔的繁琐过程,进而达到节约注浆成本、简化操作流程、避免漏浆、保证注浆效果的目的。通过现场应用及效果验证,取得了良好的效果。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional surrounding rock grouting and reinforcement technology in the development roadway of Zhaogu No.2 Mine,a simple grouting sealing and pressure retaining device which can be used repeatedly is studied and designed,which has the functions of both grouting pipe and hole sealing.It can effectively improve the tedious process of installation and sealing of grouting pipe in the original grouting process,thus,the purpose of saving grouting cost,simplifying operation flow,avoiding grouting leakage and ensuring grouting effect can be achieved.Through field application and effect verification,good results are obtained.
