摘 要:针对余吾煤业矿井甲烷监测系统灵敏度与准确性差的问题,采用分布式检测原理进行甲烷监测系统升级优化。系统采用1650 nmDFB可调谐半导体激光发生器,通过WDM环形器完成调制频率扫描光分光,经信号转化、放大、调理和AD转化运算后显示甲烷实时监测浓度值。示值对比试验验证了甲烷浓度监测精度达到设计要求,重复性试验表明系统稳定性良好,现场应用精准实现矿井多系统融合联动联控功能。In view of the poor sensitivity and accuracy of the methane monitoring system in Yuwu Coal Mine,the distributed detection principle is adopted to upgrade and optimize the methane monitoring system.The system uses a 1650 nmDFB tunable semiconductor laser generator to complete the modulation frequency scanning optical spectroscopy through WDM circulator.After signal conversion,amplification,conditioning and AD conversion operations,the methane real-time monitoring concentration value is displayed.The comparison test of indication value verifies that the monitoring accuracy of methane concentration meets the design requirements,and the repeatability test shows that the system has good stability,and the field application accurately realizes the multi-system integration and linkage joint control function of the mine.
