摘  要:根据屯兰矿半煤巷道掘进设备选型存在的切割工艺、围岩稳定性问题,通过对围岩力学分析,采用数值运算分析巷道掘进过程中围岩稳定性,提出后期支护措施,支护措施中锚杆长度不得小于8 m。结果表明:选用EBZ-160型掘进机可以满足屯兰矿半煤岩巷掘进要求,采用该设备进行上、下部交替掘进工艺,围岩整体稳定,煤层顶板轻微变形。根据数值运算,顶板竖向最大沉降距离8 m,采用的锚杆不得低于8 m。According to the problems of cutting technology and surrounding rock stability existing in the driving equipment type selection of semi coal roadway in Tunlan Mine,through the mechanical analysis of surrounding rock,the surrounding rock stability in the process of roadway driving is analyzed by numerical operation,and the later supporting measures are put forward.The length of anchor rod in supporting measures should not be less than 8 m.The results show that the selection of the EBZ-160 type roadheader can meet the driving requirements of semi-coal and rock roadway in Tunlan Mine.By using this equipment,the upper and lower parts are excavated alternately,the surrounding rock is stable as a whole,and the roof of coal seam is slightly deformed.According to the numerical calculation,the maximum vertical settlement distance of the roof is 8 m,and the anchor rod used should not be less than 8 m.
