摘 要:小保当二号煤矿井下运输顺槽可伸缩带式输送机采用人工方法缩短机尾,工作效率低,劳动强度大,存在严重的安全隐患。针对这一情况设计了一种新型运输顺槽用可伸缩带式输送机机尾自移装置,该装置在132202工作面运输顺槽带式输送机中进行实践应用,应用电液控制技术可远程实现输送带的自动缩短,社会安全经济效益显著。The underground transport trough retractable belt conveyor in Xiaobaodang No.2 Coal Mine adopts manual method to shorten the tail,which has the disadvantages of low working efficiency,high labor intensity and serious safety hidden danger.In view of this situation,a new type of tail self-moving device of retractable belt conveyor for transport trough is designed,which is applied in practice in the 132202 working face transport trough belt conveyor.With the application of electro-hydraulic control technology,the automatic shortening of conveyor belt can be realized remotely,and the social safety and economic benefit are remarkable.
