摘  要:由冷/热型恒温控制与测量实验仪控制半导体制冷/制热恒温循环水浴系统的温度,将旋转式粘度测量仪置于恒温循环水浴系统的保温桶中,将旋转式粘度测量装置的光电传感器产生的光电信号输入匀转速测量仪,自动测量旋转内圆柱的匀转速,再利用MATLAB对2次液面高度不同、其他条件相同的数据综合处理,消除了圆柱底面流体与转轴摩擦力的影响,可方便测量不同温度时流体的粘滞系数。比传统转筒法测量流体的粘滞系数的精度更高,而且测量更加稳定。Temperature of semiconductor refrigeration/heating constant temperature circulating water bath system is controlled by cold/hot constant temperature control and measurement experimental instrument. The rotary viscosity measuring instrument is placed in the insulation barrel of the constant temperature circulating water bath system, and the photoelectric signal generated by the photoelectric sensor of the rotary viscosity measuring device is input into the uniform speed measuring instrument, the uniform speed of the rotating inner cylinder is measured automatically, and the MATLAB is used to comprehensively process the data with two different liquid levels and the same other conditions, the influence of the fluid at the bottom of the cylinder and the friction of the rotating shaft is eliminated, and it is convenient to measure the viscosity coefficient of the fluid at different temperatures.Compared with the traditional rotating cylinder method, it has higher measurement precision of viscosity coefficient of fluid and the measurement is more stable.
