摘 要:为了解决生物医学研究中实验大鼠无创生理参数监测的问题,设计了一种实验大鼠可穿戴生理监测系统。系统选择STM32作为主控芯片实现光电容积脉搏波(PPG)、心电图(ECG)的采集,并利用无线射频(RF)通信将生理信号传输到上位机。最后SD大鼠活体实验表明:系统采集的ECG波形特征与标准ECG仪采集的信号一致,在95%置信区间(±1.96 SD)内,该系统心率(HR)均值误差为-0.5 bpm;系统采集的大鼠腹部、耳朵和尾部PPG峰度较高。因此,该系统可以无创、实时地监测自由活动大鼠的ECG、HR和PPG等生理指标。In order to solve the problem of noninvasive physiological parameter monitoring of experimental rats in biomedical research, a wearable physiological monitoring system of experimental rats is designed.In this system, STM32 is selected as the master control chip to collect photoplethysmography(PPG)and electro-cardiogram(ECG),and the physiological signal is transmitted to the upper computer by wireless radio frequency(RF)communication.Finally, the in vivo experiment of SD rats show that the characteristics of ECG waveform collected by the system are consistent with those collected by standard ECG.The mean error of heart rate(HR)in 95 % confidence interval(±1.96 SD)is-0.5 bpm.The kurtosis of PPG in abdomen, ear and tail of rats collected by this system is high.Therefore, the system can monitor the physiological indexes such as ECG、HR and PPG in free-moving rats in non-invasive and real-time.
