摘  要:针对光纤激光器波长调谐范围较窄以及输出激光波长调谐难度较大的特点,设计了一种基于光纤Sagnac滤波结构的多波长可调谐掺铒光纤激光器,实现了单波长、双波长以及三波长激光稳定输出。所设计的光纤激光器为环形腔结构,采用5 m长度的掺铒光纤作为增益介质,选用长度为4 m的领结型单模保偏光纤结合3 dB光纤耦合器和偏振控制器构成Sagnac滤波器。实验中,激光器工作阈值为51 mW,通过调节激光器谐振腔内损耗,在1 561.68~1 568.19 nm光谱范围内实现了单波长激光可调谐输出,最小波长间隔为0.71 nm,且信噪比优于27.22 dB;所设计的激光器能够产生3种不同组合的双波长激光输出,双波长间隔最小为0.51 nm,并且通过调节偏振控制器,获得了2种不同组合的三波长激光输出。在20 min监测时间内,单波长、双波长、三波长激光功率漂移分别优于0.523,0.768,3.432 dB。Aiming at problems of realizing fiber laser output with narrow wavelength tuning range and low flexible tuning capability, a wavelength tunable erbium-doped fiber laser(EDFL)incorporating with Sagnac comb filter is proposed and demonstrated experimentally.For the proposed fiber laser, the tunable and stable single-/dual-/triple-wavelength laser emission is obtained respectively.A segment of 5 m length EDF is used as the gain medium, single mode polarization maintaining fiber(PMF)of bow-tie type with 4 m length one 3 dB optical coupler and one polarization controller(PC)are selected to constitute Sagnac filter.In the experiment, the EDFL working threshold is 51 mW,the single-wavelength tunable laser output during spectrum range of 1 561.68~1 568.19 nm is realized through adjusting intra-cavity loss, the minimum wavelength tuning interval is more than 0.71 nm, and signal to noise ratio(SNR)is prior to 27.22 dB.Through designed laser, three different groups of dual-wavelength laser emission are obtained, and the minimum wavelength spacing is more than 0.51 nm.Two different groups of triple-wavelength laser output are realized in the experiment by adjusting PC.During 20 min monitoring time, the single-/dual-/triple-wavelength laser power fluctuation are prior to 0.523,0.768 and 3.432 dB.
