摘  要:针对大多数传统可穿戴心率监测系统存在配戴不方便或者对准难的问题,提出了一种新型的隐蔽式柔性贴片表面型心率传感器。将2个薄板(扩散板和检测板)与光电容积脉搏波描记法(PPG)传感器的基本元件相结合,在检测板和扩散板上分别形成发射面和全内反射。当人体部分接触检测板上部时,从板接收的光在身体部分和检测板之间的边界反射。反射光的量根据皮下血量的不同而发生变化。检测板和扩散板均由聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料制成。在7名受试者身上对平面、曲面和嵌入鼠标的3种原型分别进行了实验评估。实验结果表明:设计的传感器的测量精度与传统PPG传感器相当,相关系数为0.99,准确率为93.85%;且具有较大的传感区域,能够十分方便地安装在日常设备的表面,从而在不引人注意的情况下监测心率。Aiming at the problem that most traditional wearable heart rate monitoring systems are inconvenient to wear or difficult to align, a new concealed flexible patch surface heart rate sensor is proposed.Two thin plates(diffusion plate and detection plate)are combined with the basic elements of photo plethysmography(PPG)sensor, the emission surface and total internal reflection are formed on the detection plate and diffusion plate respectively.When the human body part contacts the upper part of the detection plate, the light received from the board is reflected at the boundary between the body part and the detection board.The amount of reflected light varies according to the amount of subcutaneous blood.Both the detection plate and the diffusion plate are made of polymethyl methacrylate material.The heart rate monitoring performance of three prototypes, namely, plane prototype, curved prototype and embedded mouse prototype, is evaluated on 7 subjects.The experimental results show that the PPG measurement precision of the sensor is not only equivalent to that of the traditional sensor, with a correlation coefficient of 0.99 and an accuracy of 93.85 %,but also has a large sensing area, which can be installed on the surface of daily equipment in many aspects, thus monitoring the heart rate under unnoticed conditions.
