摘  要:为促进有砟轨道道床修理由周期修向状态修转变,亟需发展碎石道床状态快速无损检测技术。从碎石道床电磁特征、状态识别方法及检测技术应用状况进行分析总结,选择高频地质雷达方法进行了试验验证,探讨道床雷达检测技术研究现状和发展趋势。结果表明,构建雷达信号时频特性表征指标,采用不同脏污程度样本进行标定可实现道床状态量化评价;雷达信号频域面积、信号扫描面积、信号时间轴交叉点数等3个表征指标敏感性强;收集多场景雷达数据并开展标定试验是建立道床状态量化评价标准的重要手段;开发车载式测试系统、建立状态评价指标体系是我国科学化制定道床修理策略的必经之路。The development of rapid nondestructive detection technology for ballast track bed condition is urgently required in order to promote the change from time-based maintenance to condition-based maintenance for ballast track.This paper summarized the electromagnetic characteristics,condition identification methods and application status of detection technology of ballast bed,selected high frequency ground penetrating radar method for experimental verification,and discussed the research status and development trend of ballast radar detection technology.The results show that the quantitative evaluation of ballast condition can be achieved by constructing the time-frequency characteristic index of radar signals and calibrating with samples with different fouling degrees.The frequency domain area of radar signals,the scanning area of signals inside the ballast bed and the number of intersection points of signal time axis are sensitive.Multi-scene radar data collection and calibration test are essential means to establish quantitative evaluation standard of ballast bed condition.The development of vehicle-mousted test system and the establishment of condition evaluation index system are the inevitable way to scientifically develop ballast bed maintenance strategy in China.
