景观水体治理模式的研究与探讨——以德州市行政中心水域为例

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,生态文明建设已经成为全社会的共识,人们对城乡居住环境的要求不断提高,对城市水体景观和水质的关注度越来越高。德州市园林绿化服务中心和齐河县公用事业发展中心以“坚持问题导向”的思路,针对城市景观水体存在的弊端,结合对德中心和齐河城区所辖水域状况逐一分析,找出问题根源,找准相应措施,提出“生态修复,控源截污,活水循环,药剂辅助”综合解决方案。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the construction of ecological civilization has become the consensus of the whole society. People’s requirements for living environments are constantly improving, and people pay more and more attention to urban water landscape and water quality. Dezhou City Landscaping Service Center and Qihe County Public Utilities Development Center,based on the idea of "sticking to the problem orientation", aimed at the drawbacks of urban landscape water bodies, combined with the analysis of the water areas under the jurisdiction of Dezhou City Administrative Center and Qihe City, found the root of the problem, identified the corresponding measures, and proposed a comprehensive solution of "ecological restoration, source control and sewage interception, live water circulation, and medicament assistance".
