新农科背景下动物科学专业建设的探索与思考

摘　　要：为培养顺应新时代需求的高素质创新型专业人才,笔者以甘肃农业大学动物科学专业建设改革与实践为例,在人才培养方案修订过程中坚持“厚基础、强能力、重实践”的应用型、复合型高级专业人才培养目标,不断创新人才培养的理念、过程和机制,推动专业建设、教师发展及学生培养协调发展,全力培养新时期下具有强烈社会责任感、创新精神和实践能力的高素质动物科学专业人才,建设效果明显。In order to cultivate high-quality innovative professional talents who meet the needs of the new era, the author takes the reform and practice of animal science major construction of Gansu Agricultural University as an example. The application-oriented and compound talents training goal of “strong foundation, strong ability and practice” was insisted, constantly innovates the concept, process and mechanism of talents training, promotes the coordinated development of specialty construction, teacher development and student training, and makes every effort to cultivate talents in the new era. All efforts are made to cultivate high-quality animal science professionals with strong sense of social responsibility,innovative spirit and practical ability in the new period, and the construction effect is obvious.
