摘  要:女性宫寒性疾病已成为不孕症的主要原因之一,近些年来发病率逐年增高。现代医学认为,宫寒不孕可能导致卵子受精障碍、胚胎发育阻滞、胚胎着床失败等。中医认为宫寒不孕症为肾阳虚不足,冲任虚寒,胞宫失煦或肾阴亏,虚冲任血海匮乏,胞宫失养。现代西医学在治疗不孕症中大多运用输卵管造影和通液术或激素药物治疗等,虽然有一定成效,但也造成许多弊端,一定程度损害子宫及子宫附件器官。王琪教授认为,宫寒不孕症的主要病机为肾虚症,肾虚为疾病根本病机,因此通过对不孕症的辨证论治,运用龙鹿胶囊临证以温肾壮阳、滋阴补肾为治疗原则,可改善胞宫环境,提高妊娠率,在治疗胞宫虚寒型不孕症中取得了显著的疗效。Nowadays,female uterine cold disease has become one of the main causes of infertility,in recent years,the incidence is increasing year by year.Modern medicine believes that infertility due to uterine cold may lead to fertilization failure,embryo development block,embryo implantation failure and so on.And the traditional Chinese medicine thinks that the infertility due to uterine cold is the deficiency of kidney Yang,chongren deficiency cold,vterus lose genv or kindey Yin deficiency,Chongren blood sea deficiency,vtervs lose nutrition.In the treatment of infertility,salpingography and fluid surgery,or hormone drug therapy are mostly used in modern western medicine.Although there is a certain effect,it also caused a lot of disadvantages,even damage to the uterus and uterine accessory organs.And professor Wangqi think that the main pathogenesis of palace cold infertility is kidney deficiency.Therefore,through the treatment of infertility based on syndrome differentiation,using the Longlu capsule based on the treatment principle to warm the kidney and strengthen yang,nourish yin and tonify the kidney can improve the uterine environment and increase the pregnancy rate,which has obtained the remarkable curative effect.
