摘 要:目的分析血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)与阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能的相关性。方法选择河南大学第一附属医院2019-01—2022-01治疗的100例阿尔茨海默病患者为研究组,另选择同期健康体检者50例为参照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测2组Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平,比较2组Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平,采用简易智力状况检查量表(MMSE)评价患者认知功能,比较不同程度认知功能障碍患者Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平,分析阿尔茨海默病患者Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平与认知功能障碍相关性。结果研究组Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平高于参照组(45.983.39、18.662.94、176.5823.39VS22.032.65、14.311.13、16.033.65)(P<0.05);经MMSE评价,100例阿尔茨海默病患者中41例为轻度认知功能障碍,38例为中度认知功能障碍,21例为重度认知功能障碍,重度认知功能障碍患者Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平高于轻、中度认知功能障碍患者(51.534.65、22.513.23、188.91±25.57)vs(30.53±2.47、15.59±1.82、104.91±17.32)和(44.31±3.65、17.57±2.71、154.17±20.93,P<0.05),中度认知功能障碍患者Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平高于轻度认知功能障碍患者(44.31±3.65、17.57±2.71、154.17±20.93 vs 30.53±2.47、15.59±1.82、104.91±17.32,P<0.05);Pearson相关分析发现,阿尔茨海默病患者Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平与认知功能障碍呈正相关(r=0.418、0.527、0.411,P<0.05)。结论阿尔茨海默病患者中Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平呈升高状态,Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平与阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能障碍呈相关性,患者认知功能障碍越严重,Lp-PLA2、Hcy、IL-17水平越高,其可作为反映阿尔茨海默病患者认知功能障碍程度的血清标志物,便于临床诊疗。Objective To analyze the correlation between serum homocysteine(Hcy),lipoprotein-associat-ed phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2),interleukin 17(IL-17)and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer’s dis-ease.Methods 100 cases of Alzheimer’s disease patients treated on 2019-01-2022-01 in the First AffiliatedHospital of Henan University were selected as the study group,and 50 cases of healthy subjects who underwentphysical examination during the same period were selected as the reference group.The Lp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17levels in the two groups were detected by enzymedy-linked immunosorbent assay.The levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy andIL-17 in the two groups were compared,and the cognitive function of patients was evaluated by using the simple Mental State Test Scale(MMSE).The levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17 in patients with different degrees of cog-nitive dysfunction were compared.To analyze the correlation between the levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy,IL-17 and cogni-tive dysfunction in Alzheimer’s disease patients.Results The levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17 in the studygroup were higher than those in the control group(45.98±3.39,18.66±2.94,176.58±23.39 vs 22.03±2.65,14.31±1.13,16.03±3.65,P<0.05);According to the MMSE evaluation,among 100 patients with Alzheimer’s disease,41patients had mild cognitive impairment,38 patients had moderate cognitive impairment,and 21 patients had severecognitive impairment.The levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17 in patients with severe cognitive impairment werehigher than those in patients with mild and moderate cognitive impairment(51.53±4.65,22.51±3.23,188.91±25.57)vs(30.53±2.47,15.59±1.82,104.91±17.32)and(44.31±3.65,17.57±2.71,154.17±20.93),(P<0.05),The levels ofLp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17 in patients with moderate cognitive impairment were higher than those in patients withmild cognitive impairment(44.31±3.65,17.57±2.71,154.17±20.93 vs 30.53±2.47,15.59±1.82,104.91±17.32,P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of Lp-PLA2,Hcy and IL-17 were positively correlatedwith cognit
