木丹颗粒联合膦甲酸钠治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评估木丹颗粒与膦甲酸钠联合用药治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效及安全性。方法本文将带状疱疹63例患者随机分为对照组29例与治疗组34例,对照组给予膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液静滴,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合木丹颗粒口服治疗观察临床有效率,并对比治疗前后止疱、皮疹结痂、止痛时间、后遗神经痛的发生率。结果比较2组患者的疗效评价参数,治疗组总有效率(91.17%)明显优于对照组(65.51%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者止疱时间(3.12±1.42)d、皮疹结痂时间(4.69±2.15)d、止痛时间(4.03±2.46)d均短于对照组(5.39±3.21)d、(6.26±2.96)d、(7.29±4.69)d,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组后遗神经痛的发生率低于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用膦甲酸钠氯化钠注射液联合木丹颗粒口服可较快使得疼痛缓解、皮损减少,取得较好疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination of mudan granules and sodium foscarnet in the treatment of shingles.Methods In this paper,63 patients with shingles were randomly divided into 29 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the treatment group,and the control group was given sodium foscarnet sodium chloride injection intravenously,and the treatment group was combined with oral treatment of mudan granules on the basis of the control group to observe the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of antiblister,rash crusting,pain relief time,and sequelae neuralgia before and after treatment was compared.Results Compared with the efficacy evaluation parameters of the two groups,the total effective rate of the treatment group(91.17%)was significantly better than that of the control group(65.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The antiblistering time(3.12±1.42),rash crusting time(4.69±2.15)and analgesia time(4.03±2.46)in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(5.39±3.21),(6.26±2.96),(7.29±4.69),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of post-sequelae neuralgia in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sodium foscarnet sodium chloride injection combined with mudan granules can relieve pain and reduce skin lesions and achieve good efficacy by applying sodium foscarnet sodium chloride injection combined with mudan granules.
