摘　　要：目的探讨超声技术评价中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)前后患者卵巢形态学变化的价值。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月海南医学院第一附属医院诊治的40例PCOS患者作为研究对象,PCOS患者中医辨证治疗3个月为1个疗程,需完成2个疗程的治疗,于治疗前及治疗后,采用超声测量并比较所有患者的卵巢体积、窦卵泡数目以评价中医治疗PCOS患者是否有效。结果治疗前、后卵巢体积分别为(12.89±1.10)cm^(3)、(10.03±0.75)cm^(3);窦卵泡数分别为16.0(14.3,17.0)个、10.0(9.0,10.8)个。治疗后卵巢体积减小、窦卵泡数目减少,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声可观察PCOS患者的卵巢形态学的变化,有效评估PCOS患者经中医辨证治疗后的疗效。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound technique in evaluating the ovarian morphological changes in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)before and after traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Methods Forty patients with PCOS diagnosed and treated in the the First Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.PCOS patients were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation for 3 months as a course of treatment,and 2 courses of treatment should be completed.Before and after treatment,ultrasound was used to measure and compare the ovarian volume and the number of antral follicles in all patients to evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of PCOS patients.Results The ovarian volumes before and after treatment were(12.89±1.10)cm^(3) and(10.03±0.75)cm^(3),respectively.The number of antral follicles was 16.0(14.3,17.0)and 10.0(9.0,10.8),respectively.After treatment,the volume of ovary and the number of sinus follicles decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound can observe the changes of ovarian morphology in PCOS patients,and effectively evaluate the curative effect of PCOS patients after TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.
