体外相位控阵线圈MRI多序列成像在肛瘘术前诊断中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探究体外相位控阵线圈MRI多序列成像在肛瘘术前诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院检查的疑似肛瘘的70例患者,全部患者术前进行体外相位控阵线圈MRI多序列成像以及腔内超声诊断,以手术结果为准评价两种影像学方法的诊断结果。结果70例疑似肛瘘患者经手术确诊后,有63例确诊。体外相位控阵线圈MRI多序列成像在灵敏度、准确度及特异度(93.65%、85.71%、92.86%)上与腔内超声(74.60%、14.29%、68.57%)相比显著较高(P<0.05)。结论体外相位控阵线圈MRI多序列成像灵敏度、准确度及特异度较高,为肛瘘术前诊断提供可靠的诊断依据,值得应用。Objective To study the applied value of in-vitro phase array coil MR multi-sequence imaging on the preoperative diagnosis of anal fistula.Methods 70 suspected patients with anal fistula checked from February 2018 to February 2021 in our hospital were reviewed.Before surgery,the in-vitro phase array coil MR multi-sequence imaging and intracavity ultrasound were performed.With reference to surgical results,the diagnosis results based on two imaging modes were discussed.Results 63 anal fistula patients were surgically confirmed.The diagnosis sensitivity,accuracy and specificity based on in-vitro phase array coil MR multi-sequence imaging(93.65%,85.71%,92.86%)were significantly higher than those based on the intracavity ultrasound(74.60%,14.29%,68.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The in-vitro phase array coil MR multi-sequence imaging can increase the diagnosis sensitivity,accuracy and specificity,providing a strong basis on the preoperative diagnosis of anal fistula.
