摘  要:发电机护环组织为粗大奥氏体,其声学特性各向不同,导致超声检测信噪比低及定位定量精度不足。详细介绍了对发电机护环内壁进行在役超声检测的特点及超声衍射时差法、超声波脉冲反射法和超声相控阵检测法等超声检测技术的工作原理和应用。The microstructure of generator guard ring is coarse austenite,and exhibits different acoustic characteristics in different directions,resulting in low signal-to-noise ratio and insufficient positioning and quantitative accuracy of ultrasonic detection.The special features of inspecting inner wall of generator guard ring in service with ultrasonic testing,as well as the operating principle and applications of ultrasonic testing technologies such as time of flight diffraction technique,ultrasonic pulse reflection method,and ultrasonic phased array inspection method were introduced in detail.
