摘  要:对GCr15轴承钢?60 mm棒料进行了不同工艺的球化退火,随后检测了棒料的显微组织。对球化退火后的棒料进行830℃保温30 min油淬和150℃保温90 min回火,随后进行接触疲劳试验和断口分析。结果表明:经加热至790℃、保温3.7 h炉冷至720℃保温3.2 h炉冷球化退火的GCr15钢组织较细小均匀,球化级别为2~3级,额定接触疲劳疲劳寿命L10达1.2×10^(7)次。GCr15 bearing steel bars 60 mm in diameter were spheroidized by different procedures,and then were tested for microstructure.After being spheroidized,the bars were heated to 830℃ and held for 30 min,quenched in oil,and tempered at 150℃ for 90 min,and then were subjected to contact fatigue testing and fracture testing.The results showed that the GCr15 steel spheroidized by heating to 790℃ and holding for 3.7h,furnace cooling to 720℃ and holding for 3.2 h followed by furnace cooling displayed uniform and fine structure,spheroidizing grade being No2 to 3,and rated contact fatigue life L10 reaching 1.2×10^(7).
