摘  要:对直径为60 mm的12Cr2Ni4圆钢进行了渗碳及分别在770℃、790℃和810℃奥氏体化后油淬和220℃回火。随后检测了圆钢的心部显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:770℃油淬的圆钢心部组织为回火马氏体和少量铁素体,因此力学性能较差;790℃和810℃油淬的圆钢心部组织为回火马氏体,无铁素体;经790℃油淬随后220℃回火的12Cr2Ni4圆钢的综合力学性能最佳。60-mm-diam 12Cr2Ni4 steel bars were carburized,austenitized at 770℃,790℃ and 810℃ and oil quenched,and tempered at 220℃,respectively.After this,the steel bars were tested for microstructure and mechanical properties in their core.The results demonstrated that(a)the steel bar oil quenched from 770℃displayed microstructure consisting of tempered martensite and a small amount of ferrite therefore poorer mechanical properties in its core;(b)the steel bars oil quenched from 790℃ and 810℃ exhibited microstructrue consisting of tempered martensite,and were devoid of ferrite in their core;and(c)the steel bar quenched from 790℃ and then tempered at 220℃ had the best combination of mechanical properties.
