摘　　要：西南喀斯特五省区的调查数据实证检验了农地流转市场转型表征变量对山区土地生产率的影响,对进一步推进山地农业高质量发展具有重要现实意义。实证结果表明:农地流转市场转型显著影响土地生产率,非熟人间流转、正式合约流转对土地生产率有正向作用,但在不同作物间、在经营主体是否获得农业补贴支持间存在差异,流转租金市场化则存在负向影响;农业中间投入、是否为村内大姓对土地生产率有激励作用,自家经营的农地面积则存在显著抑制效应。This paper studies the influence of variables of transformation of arable land transfer market on land productivity in hilly areas using rural economic survey data of five Karst provinces in Southwest China,which has important practical significance for promoting high-quality development of agriculture in those areas.The results show that transformation of arable land transfer market has a significant impact on land productivity.Arable land transfer between non-acquaintances and formal contracts has a positive effect on land productivity,while there are differences between different crops and whether the agricultural operate entities receive subsidies.Marketization rent has a negative impact.Intermediate inputs in agriculture and big surname in village have incentive effect on land productivity,while arable land area of farmer has a significant inhibitory effect.
