摘  要:电动汽车的快速发展,要求储能设备具有更高的性能输出和更好的安全性。能量密度高、输出功率高和循环使用寿命较长的锂离子电池成为储能设备的首选。温度对锂离子电池的安全和性能发挥有着很大的影响,电池热管理系统(BTMS)需要将电池工作温度始终保持在预期范围内。主要介绍了主动空气冷却BTMS的研究进展,通过最大温度、温度均匀性和压降评估这些不同BTMS的性能,为设计和开发具有质量轻、复杂度低、寄生功率低的高性能空冷BTMS和混合BTMS提供方向。The rapid development of electric vehicles has put forward higher requirements for the high performance output and safety of energy storage equipment.Lithium ion batteries with high energy density,high output power and long cycle life have become the first choice of energy storage equipment.Temperature has a great impact on the safety and performance of lithium ion batteries.The battery thermal management system(BTMS)needs to keep the battery operating temperature within the expected range.The research progress of active air cooling BTMS is mainly introduced in this article,and the performance of these different BTMS is evaluated by maximum temperature,temperature uniformity and pressure drop,which provides direction for the design and development of high performance air cooling BTMS and hybrid BTMS with light weight,low complexity and low parasitic power.
