摘 要:采用Ni_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)(OH)_(2)前驱体,LiOH·H_(2)O为锂源,加入适量的硼酸和ZrO_(2),分别在810、820和830℃条件下进行烧结,制备了Zr和B共掺杂型LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)O_(2)单晶材料。对其进行了X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、充放电比容量、倍率性能、循环性能和差示扫描量热(DSC)等测试。结果显示,Zr和B共掺杂可改善LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)O_(2)单晶材料的倍率性能、循环性能以及材料的热稳定性。在820℃烧结得到样品NCM-820,其比容量为198.5 mAh/g,25℃循环50次的容量保持率为96.37%,45℃循环40次容量保持率为94.13%,材料热分解温度从231.8℃提升到了240.4℃。Different Zr and B co-doped LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)O_(2)single crystal materials were prepared by sintering at 810820 and 830℃,using Ni_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)(OH)_(2)and amount of LiOH·H_(2)O as raw materials,and adding appropriate amount of boric acid and ZrO_(2).XRD,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),charge-discharge capacity,rate performance,cycle performance and DSC were discussed.The results show that capacity retention,rate performance and thermal stability of LiNi_(0.88)Co_(0.10)Mn_(0.02)O_(2)single crystal materials could be improved by Zr and B co-doping.The sample(NCM-820)sintered at 820℃can deliver an initial specific capacity of 198.5 mAh/g,while the capacity retention is 96.37% after 50 cycles at 25℃ and 94.13% after 40 cycles at 45℃.Besides,the thermal decomposition temperature increases from 231.8℃ to 240.4℃.
