摘 要:以碳酸亚乙烯酯(VC)为聚合单体,采用丁二腈(SN)增塑剂提高聚合物电解质耐高电压性能,通过加入引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN),利用原位聚合方法制备了可耐受4.9 V高电压的凝胶聚合物电解质(GPE),并将其应用于高电压镍锰酸锂/锂电池。通过调控SN与VC的比例,研究了SN含量对电解质性能的影响。研究结果表明,耐高电压SN增塑剂的引入显著提高了电解质的电化学窗口,其中,含10%SN的GPE的室温离子电导率达3.54×10^(-4)S/cm,电化学窗口0~4.9 V,同时,所合成的凝胶电解质对金属锂负极具有良好的稳定性,合成的聚合物电解质能够兼顾正、负极侧的稳定性,提高电池的循环性能,镍锰酸锂/GPE/锂电池在1 C下循环500次后,容量保持率为94.3%。本工作展示了丁二腈基耐高电压凝胶聚合物电解质在高电压锂离子电池中良好的应用前景。Vinyl carbonate(VC)was used as the polymerization monomer,and the high voltage resistance of polymer electrolyte was improved by using succinonitrile(SN)plasticizer.By adding initiator azodiisobutanitrile(AIBN),a gel polymer electrolyte(GPE)which could withstand 4.9 V high voltage was prepared by in-situ polymerization.It is applied to high voltage lithium nickelmanganate(LNMO)/lithium battery.The effect of SN content on electrolyte performance was studied by adjusting the ratio of SN to VC.The results show that the introduction of SN plasticizer significantly improves the electrochemical window of the electrolyte.The ionic conductivity of GPE containing 10%SN reaches 3.54×10^(-4)S/cm at room temperature,and the electrochemical window ranges from 0 to 4.9 V.Meanwhile,the gel electrolyte has good stability to lithium metal anode.The synthesized polymer electrolyte can take into account the stability of the positive and negative electrode sides and improve the cycling performance of the battery.After 500cycles at 1 C rate,the capacity retention rate of the lithium Li/GPE/LNMO battery is 94.3%.Good application prospect of succinonitrile gel polymer electrolyte with high voltage resistance in high voltage lithium ion battery is exhibited.
