摘 要:ER14250是锂-亚硫酰氯电池一个型号,这类电池具有比能量高、工作温度范围宽、自放电率低等特性,常作为智能电能表的时钟和记忆装置的备份电源。它的可靠性是智能电能表可靠性的关键,但如何快速评价ER14250的寿命和可靠性至今是一个难题。基于ER14250电池失效故障树,分析电池失效原因。采用高温加速测试,确定了电池寿命周期内最佳工作电流,建立了基于内阻以及容量的寿命预测模型。Lithium thionyl chloride batteries have the characteristics of high specific energy,wide operating temperature range,low self-discharge rate,etc.,and are used as real-time clock and memory backup power sources for smart energy meters.The reliability of the clock battery is the key to the reliability of the smart energy meter,but how to evaluate the life and reliability of the ER14250 quickly has been a problem so far.The causes of battery failure based on the failure fault tree of the ER14250 battery in the smart energy meter were analyzed.Using high temperature acceleration test,the optimal working current in the battery life cycle was defined,and a life prediction model based on internal resistance and capacity was established.
