摘 要:硫和多壁碳纳米管(MCNTs)在高温无氧条件下直接反应,在MCNTs上引入巯基基团制得巯基碳纳米管载体(MCNTs-SH)。将XC-72、MCNTs和MCNTs-SH三种载体及其制得的催化剂分别进行氧化性测试和抗反极测试。实验结果表明:相比于XC-72和MCNTs,MCNTs-SH在高电势下具有最小的腐蚀电流;相比于Pt/XC-72和Pt/MCNTs,Pt/MCNTs-SH在半电池ADT测试和恒电势氧化测试前后的ECSA衰减程度最小;在分别采用三种催化剂作为阳极的膜电极中,Pt/MCNTs-SH在1000 mA/cm2处的电压在抗反极测试前后的性能衰减程度最小。该研究结果对于PEMFC的抗氧化催化剂载体的开发具有重要意义。Sulfur and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MCNTs)directly reacted under high temperature and oxygenfree conditions,and thiol groups were introduced into MCNTs to thiol carbon nanotube supports(MCNTs-SH).The three supports,XC-72,MCNTs and MCNTs-SH,and their prepared catalysts were tested for oxidative activity and anti-voltage reverse,respectively.The experimental results show that MCNTs-SH has the smallest corrosion current compared with XC-72 and MCNTs;and the ECSA decay of MCNTs-SH is the smallest after the ADT test and constant potential oxidation test.Among the membrane electrodes assemblies based on the three catalysts as anodes,the voltage decay of Pt/MCNTs-SH at 1000 mA/cm~2 after the voltage reverse test is the least.The results of research are of great significance for the development of antioxidant catalyst support for PEMFC.
