摘 要:储能电池系统以其功率密度、能量密度、使用寿命等方面的优势被广泛应用于储能电站、应急保障和电动汽车等诸多领域并发挥重要作用。储能电池系统往往由多个模组串联构成,模组间的一致性难以保障,容易出现电量不均衡的现象,影响储能系统的功率和能量性能发挥。为了解决上述问题,提出一种基于双向反激变换器的储能电池模组双向主动均衡系统,根据电池管理系统采集的电压信息评估不均衡程度,利用双向反激变换器实现电池模组间的能量转移,搭建了电池均衡实验测试平台。实验结果表明,所提出的均衡电路可以有效降低电池组电量不均衡,均衡后电量差为1.6%。Energy storage battery systems are widely used in many fields such as energy storage power stations,emergency support and electric vehicles with their advantages in power density,energy density,service life and so on.Energy storage battery systems are often composed of multiple modules connected in series,and the consistency between modules is difficult to guarantee,and it is easy to have a phenomenon of unbalanced power,which affects the power and energy performance of the energy storage system.In order to solve the above problems,a bidirectional active balancing system was proposed for energy storage battery module based on bidirectional flyback converter,the degree of imbalance according to the voltage information collected by the battery management system was evaluated,and the bidirectional flyback converter to achieve energy transfer between battery modules was used,and a battery balancing experimental test platform was built.Experimental results show that the proposed equalization circuit can effectively reduce the unbalanced state of charge(SOC)of the battery pack,and the difference after equalization is reduced to 1.6%.
