摘 要:大区互联电网配置了失步解列装置以防止系统失步导致的电网崩溃。为了准确评估失步解列装置在电网发生多重严重故障时动作行为的准确性,从BPA和PSASP等电力系统机电暂态仿真程序的仿真结果中提取测量点的三相电压、电流有效值,将其转换为三相瞬时值,进行波形数据回放,同时利用软件模拟UCosφ失步判据,结合失步解列装置整定定值,进行失步判断和解列装置动作行为模拟。实现了一种不依赖于实时数模仿真的UCosφ失步解列装置动作行为的评估方法。The regional interconnected power grid is equipped with out-of-step disconnecting device to prevent power grid collapse caused by out-of-step system.In order to accurately evaluate the action behavior of the out-of-step separating device when serious faults happen in the power grid,the effective values of three-phase voltage and current at measuring points are extracted from the simulation results of the electromechanical transient simulation programs of power systems such as BPA and PSASP,and converted into three-phase instantaneous values for waveform data playback.At the same time,the paper uses software to simulate the UCosφout-of-step criterion,and combines with the set value of the out-of-step disconnecting device to simulate the out-of-step judgment and disconnecting device action behavior,thus realizing an evaluation method of action behavior of UCosφout-of-step separating device,and the method does not depend on real-time digital analog simulation.
