摘  要:单相PWM整流器在启动时会产生冲击电流,过大的冲击电流会降低开关器件寿命,甚至产生电磁干扰,影响系统工作稳定性。以双极性SPWM调制的单相PWM整流器为研究对象,在深入分析其工作模式的基础上,得到单相PWM整流器启动冲击电流大的原因是启动过程中调制比过小。为了抑制单相PWM整流器启动冲击电流,提出了一种内环电流软启动的改进型双PI闭环控制策略,仿真和实验证明了方法的有效性。Single-phase PWM rectifiers generate an inrush current at startup.If the impact current is too large,the service life of the switching device will be reduced,and even electromagnetic interference will be generated,affecting the stability of the system.Taking the single-phase PWM rectifier with bipolar SPWM modulation as the research object,this paper is based on the in-depth analysis of its working mode to find out the reasons for the large startup inrush current of single-phase PWM rectifier,that is,the modulation ratio is too small during startup.In order to suppress the starting inrush current of single-phase PWM rectifier,the paper proposes an improved dual-PI closed-loop control strategy for inner loop current soft start.Simulation and experiment demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
