摘 要:针对以大规模高渗透率的可再生能源、高比例的电力电子设备“双高”为主要特征的新型电力系统电压安全稳定问题,研究新能源发电波动性对电网电压、无功的影响,通过管理创新将新能源电厂无功调节设备(SVG)纳入调度统一协同控制,通过技术创新建设场网一体化无功电压自动控制系统(AVC),打通电网与电厂设备联动控制通道,破解“双高、双峰”特性电网的无功电压调节难题,打造孝感电网“场网一体化无功电压协同自动控制”联合优化调度管理模式,实现“双高、双峰”特征下新型电力系统电网电压稳定,改善系统电压质量,提高新能源消纳能力。Aiming at the voltage security and stability of the new power system characterized by large-scale renewable energy with high permeability and high proportion of power electronic equipment“double high”,this paper makes a study on the influence of the fluctuation of new energy power generation on the voltage and reactive power of the power grid.Firstly,through management innovation,the static var generator(SVG)of the new energy power plant is incorporated into the unified coordinated control of dispatching.Then,through technological innovation,plant-grid integrated automatic reactive voltage control(AVC)system is constructed to open up the linkage control channel between the power grid and the power plant equipment,to solve the problem of reactive voltage regulation of the“double high and double peak”characteristic power grid,and create the joint optimization dispatching management mode of“plant-grid integrated reactive voltage collaborative automatic control”of Xiaogan power grid,realizing the voltage stability of the new power system under the characteristics of“double high and double peak”,improving the voltage quality of the system,and improve the absorption capacity of new energy.
