摘  要:随着风电机组装机容量的快速增加,如何保障机组的安全稳定运行是风电行业面临的一大挑战。在风力发电机组金属部件中,高强螺栓、塔筒、轴承、齿轮与主轴是几类最重要的金属部件,此类部件失效可能造成严重的后果甚至危及机组的安全,列举了这3类部件的失效案例,分析了主要失效模式和原因,为风电金属监督提供参考,建议在设计、制造、安装、运行等阶段应加强监督,避免此类部件的失效。With the rapid increase of installed capacity of wind turbine,how to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit is a big challenge facing the wind power industry.Among the metal components of wind turbine generator,high-strength bolts,towers,bearings,gears and spindles are the most important metal components.The failure of such components may cause serious consequences and even endanger the safety of the unit.This paper lists the failure cases of the three types of components,analyzes the main failure modes and causes,and provides reference for wind turbine metal supervision.The paper also suggests that supervision should be strengthened in the design,manufacturing,installation,operation and other stages to avoid failure of such components.
