摘　　要：以红玉芒为试验材料,设置常规施肥(CK)、羊粪有机肥(T1)、油枯有机肥(T2)、巴迪生物肥(T3)、沸力佳生物肥(T4)等5个处理进行田间试验,通过测定芒果果实15个外观品质及内在品质指标,并采用主成分和聚类分析对不同处理下的果实品质进行综合评价,为提升芒果品质的施肥管理提供参考依据。结果表明:生物肥对芒果外观品质的改善作用优于有机肥处理;有机肥和生物肥均可提高芒果的硬度、可溶性固形物含量及风味品质。主成分分析得出不同处理下芒果品质排序为T3>T4>T1>CK>T2,聚类分析将不同处理聚为3类,CK、T1和T2聚为一类、品质为三等、T4聚为一类、品质为二等、T3聚为一类、品质为一等,生物菌肥对芒果果实品质的改善作用优于有机肥,其中巴迪生物肥(T3)的效果最为显著。With Hongyu mango as the experimental material,five treatments including conventional fertilization(CK),sheep manure organic fertilizer(T1),oil-dried organic fertilizer(T2),Badi bio-fertilizer(T3)and Feilijia bio-fertilizer(T4)were set up for field experiment.Fifteen appearance and internal quality indexes of mango fruit were determined,and the fruit quality under different treatments was comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that bio-fertilizer was better than organic fertilizer in improving the appearance quality of mango.Organic fertilizer and biological fertilizer can improve the hardness,soluble solid content and flavor quality of mango.Principal component analysis showed that mango quality under different treatments was ranked as T3>T4>T1>CK>T2.Cluster analysis showed that different treatments were grouped into three types,CK,T1 and T2 were grouped into one type,the quality was third class,T4 was grouped into one type,the quality was second class,T3 was grouped into one type,the quality was first class.Bio-fertilizer was superior to organic fertilizer in improving mango fruit quality,among which Buddy bio-fertilizer(T3)had the most significant effect.
