摘　　要：经多年工作摸索,文章总结早春生姜催芽技术,包括种姜的选择和杀菌处理,催芽温度的把控以及时间的长短等,以供生姜种植户参考。After many years of work and exploration,this paper summarized the technology of early spring ginger accelerating germination,including the selection of ginger plants and sterilization treatment,the temperature control of accelerating germination and the length of time,etc.,for the reference of ginger growers.
