摘 要:宽带巨容量太赫兹通信作为6G的关键技术之一,与多天线结合有望实现Tbps量级高速率移动通信,支持6G车联网、无人机抗扰回传、无线骨干网等。然而太赫兹多天线窄波束移动追踪滞后,严重制约太赫兹移动通信的落地应用。为此,首先分析太赫兹多天线移动通信的基本原理,指出波束追踪为制约移动的关键难题,亟需感知协同方式破解难题;然后阐述感知协同所需的用户运动模型,包括快速移动、微弱移动和控制辅助的移动;之后综述现有感知协同的太赫兹多天线波束追踪技术,包括信道感知、回波感知和带外感知;最后分析感知协同太赫兹多天线移动通信尚未解决的难题,展望未来可能的发展方向,包括感知协同多天波束追踪信息理论、太赫兹硬件缺陷制约下的多天线波束追踪和感知协同调制技术。Broadband large-capacity terahertz communication, as one of the key technologies of 6G, combined with massive Multiple-Input Multiple-Output(MIMO) is expected to achieve Tbps level of high-speed mobile communication, which is able to support 6G vehicle networking, unmanned aerial vehicle anti-interference communication, and wireless backbone network. However, the tracking of the narrow-beam movement of terahertz is lagging behind, which seriously restricts the application of terahertz mobile communication. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic principle of terahertz massive MIMO mobile communication, and points out that beam tracking is the key problem that restricts mobile communication, and it is urgent to solve the problem by sensing-aided technology. Then, the user motion model required by sensing-aided technology is expounded, including fast movement, weak movement and control-assisted movement. Subsequently, the existing sensing-aided MIMO beam tracking technologies are reviewed, including channel sensing, echo sensing and out-of-band sensing. Finally, we analyze the unsolved problems of sensingaided terahertz mobile communication, and look forward to the possible future development direction, including the information theory of sensing-aided terahertz MIMO communication, beam tracking constrained by terahertz hardware defects and modulation technologies for sensing-aided.
