摘  要:某型柴油机在热冲击耐久试验中进气门盘部断裂失效,根据该失效模式建立系统化鱼骨图分析模型。通过分析进气门失效过程,计算评价其设计可靠性;确认了进气门失效的根本原因为进气门设计强度不足,进气门座圈磨损漏气导致进气门受高温偏载作用。通过优化进气门设计,以及与座圈的匹配应用,解决了进气门盘部断裂失效的问题。In the thermal shock durability test of a diesel engine,the intake valve disc was broken.According to the failure mode,a systematic fishbone diagram analysis model was established.The failure process of the intake valve was analyzed through inspection,and the design reliability was calculated and evaluated.It is confirmed that the root cause of the failure of the intake valve is the insufficient design strength of the intake valve,and the wear and leakage of the intake valve seat ring cause the intake valve to be subjected to high temperature and eccentric load.By optimizing the design of intake valve and matching with seat ring,the problem of intake valve disc fracture failure is solved.
